Once a long time ago...

So graduate school started and everything else ended. Ha ha. About a month ago Teancum and I did this bike trail called the Route of the Hiawatha. The trail starts in Montana and goes over into Idaho. It was 17 miles long and amazing!

The longest tunnel was 1.6 miles long... of complete darkness and coldness. Pretty fun to ride through on a bike with a flashlight.

It was a train route that's not used anymore so it was turned into this nice bike trail.

You go through all these long tunnels and over really high trestles.

See the trestle?

This nice little guy joined us for lunch and stole my crackers.

You can't really see it in this picture, but it says it was built in 1909.

These blobs are moose. (They were really far away).

It was a fun last trip before school started!

The photos are very trestley guys! I had to look that word up. And don't take that kind of crap from a squirrel.

Beautiful pictures as always Karen. I am glad you guys are taking the time to do fun things like that together. Building memories to last forever.

I am glad it was you on that trip and not me. I would have been nervous crossing those trestles with how high up they are.
